As mentioned, you will be responsible for your account so we strongly urge you to not share account information. Similarly, no one else should be able to use your account without your permission. You should never publish, distribute, or post login information for your Account.

5. General information on ordering your VANHU VAMWE  products

• Orders can be placed via this Website. By placing an order with us, you are i) offering to purchase product(s) based on these Terms and Conditions ii) either 18 years of age or over or supervised by someone who is 18 years of age or over, iii) representing all the information provided to us in connection with your order is true and accurate iv) representing that you are an authorised user of the payment method.

• Please take your time to review and check your order at each stage of the order process. By doing this, reduces the likelihood of potential mistakes of your order.

• By clicking “Place Order” on the final section (place order section) your order is sent to us. Once we have received your order, an automated confirmation of receipt will be sent to the e-mail address specified by you in the ordering process. This e-mail will contain your order number and the details of your purchase. A legally binding agreement has now been concluded for the sale and purchase of the products.

6. Changes to our website

We hope that there will be no typographical errors or inaccuracies, but these may occur. Therefore we reserve the right to update any information we seem fit without any prior notice. These errors may relate to product information and description, pricing and availability. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to terminate any orders involving these inaccuracies.

7. Ordering your VANHU VAMWE product

• Once you have reviewed a product, select which one you want, click on the product so you can “ADD TO BASKET.”

• When you “GO TO CHECKOUT,” you will be asked your Personal Information (email, name, password, billing address and mailing address).

• Once you have confirmed “PLACE ORDER,” we will process everything. If you want to change your order, please email us at sales@vanhuvamwe within one hour of placing your order to enable us to fulfill your request.

• As mentioned, we will ask for your mailing address and so we require: your name, address, and telephone number to send you your VANHU VAMWE purchase.

8. Our products

• The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.

• Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because our products are handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site may vary slightly due to the nature of the materials we use as they can vary slightly in appearance. In addition, you should note that we cannot guarantee a uniformed appearance to each product as they are handmade from natural materials and slight imperfections may occur. These imperfections include (but are not limited to), the recycled cord used, texture and colour variations, markings and scars.

• If product(s) you purchased are damaged or otherwise show material or manufacturing defects, please contact us via email at projects@vanhuvamwe.com. Please note that this warranty does not apply to fair wear and tear, willful damage, abnormal storage, alterations, repairs or improper or unreasonable use.

9. Intellectual Property

All of the content that appears on the Services, including without limitation all designs, illustrations, icons, photographs, video clips and written materials, as well as the compilation of the website, Services, and other materials, are the exclusive property of VANHU VAMWE.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names that appear on the Services and the overall “look and feel” of the Site and Services (collectively the “Marks”) are proprietary to VANHU VAMWE, or the respective owners of such Marks. You may not display, reproduce, or otherwise use the content or materials on the Services, including the Marks, without first receiving written consent from us.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

11. Viruses, Hacking and other offences

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

• By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

• We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

12. Your cancellation and refund rights as a consumer

• The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 will apply to any Contract formed through our site where you are a consumer. These regulations entitle consumers to cancel an order during the period set and receive a refund.

• To cancel an order, please email us at sales@vanhuvamwe.com. As mentioned in Changes to your VANHU VAMWE order (clause 8 of Terms of Use), we may have already shipped your order and in cases like that we will not be able to make the requested change or cancellation.

• In the circumstances of a refund, our customers are required to show ONLY solid proof of damage, only then will you receive a full refund of the price you paid for the item. If the returned item does not adhere  to our criteria, ie: you do not like the colour, size etc, we will process store credit, and another bag can be sent out to you as soon as we receive the on received. . In any case. 

13. Indemnity

By use of this site, you agree to indemnify and hold VANHU VAMWE (and all affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents) harmless from any liabilities, expenses, claims and damages as a result of your use or misuse of the service.

16. Limitation of Liability

VANHU VAMWE shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental damages that result from the use or the inability to use, the materials and services on this site.

17. Signing up

We may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have not signed up with us.

18. Comments

Any comments made on our website and our social media platforms remain VANHU VAMWE property. We reserve the right to use, commercial or otherwise any comments from our customers. Furthermore, we are under no obligation to contact you in advance for permission of use of these images and comments.
