SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. Presently we use UNITED KINGDOM: PARCEL HERO WORLDWIDE which is an economy shipping company AND DHL EXPRESS ZIMBABWE . Arrival times are unpredictable due to SHIPPING issues with courier or CUSTOMS . PLEASE check our PREORDER declaration for processing times. We do not process, ship or deliver orders weekends or on any of the bank holidays, any orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.

TAXES
Please note, that all prices are not including import taxes. For Non-EU countries, your goods may be subject to taxes and custom charges, which are levied once your shipment reaches your country of delivery. Vanhu Vamwe, is not responsible for the custom and taxes charged on your shipment. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are articulately handcrafted to the highest standard and quality controlled in a rigorous system. We package the bags in the best way we can to ensure that there is no damage during its journey to our customers. However, in cases where there is weight adjustment, our DHL Partner may change packaging without notice.
Please note that because our brand is a community building project and due to the nature of our work and the craftsmanship and work put in by our artisan communities, we only accept returns where there is solid proof of damage that cannot be reconciled. Our exchanges are in STORE CREDIT. We can only accept the product in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging it came. Returns are available within 14 days of receiving the product.

Refunds
If you require a refund because of any other issues with our product or service, please note our refund policy typically takes 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to appear in your account once we have sent you a refund invoice. The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment.
Damages
Please inspect your products upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the product is damaged. Please note that we do not accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.

Making An Exchange
Once you return your product and we have received it, you will receive an email indicating that your store credit is available to use straight away.
