  • How long does my order take?
    We aim to complete your order in 6 weeks (working days only) from the day we receive full payment. As a slow fashion brand, all our bags are handcrafted, thus we take this into consideration and also cap in delays in shipping due to COVID 19, however, orders may be delivered earlier.
  • Can I make a bank transfer?
    Yes! We accept bank transfers from UK Current Accounts ONLY Please email sales@vanhuvamwe.com with reference of name of bag for further details
  • Can I pay for my products in instalments?
    YES, we have now partnered with CLEARPAY! WHAT IS CLEARPAY? Clearpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. HOW DO I USE CLEARPAY? Just shop www.vanhuvamwe.com and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Clearpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account. Then complete your order – it’s that easy! Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Clearpay and the bag value must be between £10 and £800. HOW DOES CLEARPAY PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK? All Clearpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in four instalments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may login to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly. You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date. WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED IF I USE CLEAR PAY? Clearpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping timeframes like any order from www.vanhuvamwe.com. Free standard delivery is available for UK orders. Visit our Shipping Information page for more information. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH CLEARPAY? Clearpay returns follow our standard return process.
